Graphic profile and logotype
The graphic profile is an important tool in the visual communication work. In order to provide clear and coherent communication all printed and digital material produced on behalf of Lund University is to comply with the rules and instructions in the graphics manual.
The faculty has a special sub-logotype and a Word template that can be used to clarify the Faculty of Social Sciences as a sender.

Communicate your research
On Staff pages, you can read about different forms of support to make it easier for you as a researcher to communicate your research.
Communicate your research - staff.lu.se
As a researcher, you are responsible for ensuring that your profile in LUCRIS is updated and complies with the faculty's minimum level.
Register research information in LUCRIS
If you need help getting a good news piece out to the media, you can contact the press ffficer at the faculty or the communications officer at your department.

Reaching out with events
Are you running an event or activity which you would like to market, but which is not suitable for a press release? All employees can enter events in Lund University’s shared calendar, which is visible on the start page of lu.se. All events organised in the name of Lund University which are open to the general public can be entered in the calendar.
Adding an event to the calendar on lu.se - staff.lu.se
Are you organising an event for faculty staff? Then the event fits into the faculty's internal calendar. Send an e-mail to webeditor [at] sam [dot] lu [dot] se (webeditor[at]sam[dot]lu[dot]se) to get help publishing.
Communicate within the faculty
Internal website and e-mail distribution
The faculty's internal website (which you are currently visiting) serves as a hub for faculty-specific information. The home page of the internal website contains a news feed with news aimed at the majority of the faculty's employees. Publication of news in the feed is usually combined with an e-mail distribution to faculty staff.
Events for staff at the faculty are published in the internal calendar.
Mailing lists
Mailing lists for groups of employees at the faculty are used when you want to target information to a specific group. The Faculty Office handles mailing lists to different roles within the faculty, such as teachers and researchers, doctoral students, study counsellors, directors of studies.
Committees, councils and networks
Much of the faculty's communication also takes place in the faculty-wide committees, councils and networks. You can find more information via the links below. Get in touch with the contact person for each network/committee/council for more information:
