Affiliation to the Methods Centre

When planning for the establishment of the Methods Centre, a vital component was to increase the possibility of consolidating our methods competencies. By pooling and merging our methodological skills, the Centre will not only be able to identify current and future knowledge gaps, but it will also enable the creation of conditions for new and hopefully unexpected research collaborations and opportunities.

An easy way of enabling this is to become affiliated to the Centre by using keywords to connect your Lucris profile to the Method Centre’s webpage. This will enable your methodological expertise to be found on the Centre’s website. 

Step-by-step guide 

Together with the faculty's library staff, we invite you to do the following to become affiliated:

1. Log in to LUCRIS
2. Go to Personal - Edit Profile. 

3. Depending on which pillar you are interested in, please write one of the following keywords in the "Free keywords" field.
   LSSMC: Qualitative Methods Lab; 
   LSSMC: Experimental Methods; or
   LSSMC: Computational Social Sciences
    

4. You can also be affiliated to the Methods Centre without choosing a pillar by writing LSSMC: Methods in "Free keywords".
5. Save your updated profile. That’s it!
