Operational discussions with departments

The faculty management regularly conducts operational discussions with all departments to ensure that the departments’ resources for education and research are used efficiently and optimally and that activities are developed and maintain high quality.

The aim is also to provide supporting documentation for first- and second-cycle education for the planning of the following year’s allocation of resources/key figures and education finances.

Implementation

The faculty management and faculty finance officer meet with all departments (management and finance officers) twice a year. Issues can be raised both by the faculty management and by the department management.
