The Gender Equality and Equal Opportunities Committee consists of all the heads of department (equivalent), the library director, the head of the faculty office and three student representatives. The committee is chaired by the dean.

The principal health and safety representative at the faculty has the right to attend committee meetings, and to make statements and proposals. Likewise, representatives of the employee organisations have the right to attend committee meetings, and to make statements and proposals.
