Answer the faculty's work environment survey - your input matters!

This year's OSA survey (a survey of our organisational and social work environment) will soon be sent to all employees at the faculty. Keep an eye on your inbox and answer the survey! It is an important part of our systematic work environment process.

The survey will be sent by e-mail to all faculty staff in mid-April. The sender of the e-mail is Lund University, lu [at] artologik [dot] net.

The survey is part of the systematic work environment process

The purpose of the OSA survey is to support the departments in creating healthy and sustainable workplaces. In order for the survey to be useful, as many people as possible need to respond to it. Once the survey is completed, the most important part of the work begins, namely discussing the implications and developing proposals for measures that can contribute to a good working environment in the future.

Content and structure of the survey

The survey consists of multiple-choice questions in two main areas:

  • organisational and social work environment
  • violations, harassment, discrimination and safety

Most questions are supplemented with open comment fields or have follow-up questions that are answered in your own words in free text fields. Answering the open questions is voluntary. Doing so contributes to more nuances of the survey results that will help us with the continued work with local efforts for a good and health-promoting work environment.

Anonymity

The survey is answered anonymously and no responses are reported for groups of employees with fewer than five respondents. The survey presents results broken down by gender, occupational category and form of employment.
Individuals' survey responses or other raw data are never shared.
