Registration will soon open for a new pedagogical course at the Faculty of Social Sciences. The course focuses on active learning as a central strategy to promote student-centred learning and teaching.

The course is offered during the autumn semester and is primarily aimed at teachers and doctoral students at the Faculty of Social Sciences. In this course, you will, among other things, learn practical techniques to improve learning and teaching in both small and large groups. We will also cover how you can design and implement new active learning courses based on the lessons learned from the course.

The course is held in English, and consists of sessions of active learning, including flipped classrooms, practical exercises, group work, presentations by the participants, and active participation.
