What's next?

The coordinator is located at the Faculty of Social Sciences or at External Relations. Your coordinator will contact you in February/March with information about dates for important information meetings, etc.

The coordinator will send your contact details to the host university and you will then start to prepare the application to the host university. You will receive information about how to proceed and your coordinator will guide you in the process.

Kick off information meeting for nominated students Autumn 2023

Students who are nominated for exchange studies Autumn 2022 will be invited to a Kick off meeting in the Spring.

We will inform you about the next steps of the exchange process such as application to host university and what general rules and guidelines apply to the transfer of credits after the mobility, about insurance, visa, finances and costs, and to give you a chance to ask questions. You will be able to talk to peer students going to the same university, country or region.

Are you nominated for exchange studies Spring 2024?

At this point there are not much to do than wait. You will be contacted in October. A few students going abroad to countries outside of Europe will hear from their coordinator at External Relations already because they need to send in an application very early. For the rest of you, please await more information.

For most of you, an application to the host university is not to be sent in until Autumn. A Kick-off offered by the International Office at the Faculty of Social Sciences will be offered for you in Autumn.
