You need a ticket to attend the ceremony. Everyone who signed up on time will be guaranteed a student ticket and they will also be able to pick up 1 guest ticket each in week 21.

Guests

Due to space limitations, please note that each student signing up before the initial deadline (30 April) will be guaranteed 1 guest inside the auditorium during the ceremony. Guest tickets can’t be assured for late sign-ups. Should there be any spare tickets, student speakers and graduates that’ve handed in their thesis spring term 2019 will be prioritized.

Token Certificate

Students who have handed in their thesis will be called up on stage to receive a token certificate by the Faculty. Note that this token certificate is not your official diploma.

Programme-specific ceremony times

Due to space limitations inside the auditorium, two successive identical ceremonies will be held. Your programme is assigned to one of these occasions:

Ceremony 1: 9:30-11:15

Ceremony 2: 13:45-15:45
