Nominate for STINT Teaching Sabbatical 2026

STINT Teaching Sabbatical is a programme that offers researchers and teachers to spend an autumn term at one of STINT's partner campuses in Botswana, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the US. You can apply to be nominated as one of Lund University's candidates until 16 August.

STINT Teaching Sabbatical is a programme that offers researchers and teachers to spend an autumn term at one of STINT's partner campuses in Botswana, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the US.

The programme aims to develop both individuals and institutions. By giving researchers and teachers passionate about teaching issues international experiences based on the teaching role, rather than in the research role, STINT wants to contribute to higher education being renewed and new networks being created

The Faculty of Social Sciences can nominate two candidates for LU’s internal nomination process for participation in the STINT Teaching Sabbatical application round 2026. The nominee must be a PhD, employed and well-established in Lund University's activities.
