Faculty Office S is moving to new premises with several shared spaces

Allhelgonaskolan from the outside

On 5 June, the faculty management and Faculty Office S will vacate their premises in G:a Kirurgen and move into newly refurbished, activity-based premises in Allhelgonaskolan on 20 August.

An official opening ceremony for Allhelgonaskolan will take place in September. Invitations to the opening ceremony will be sent out at a later date.

During the summer period, between 10 June and 20 August, staff will work from home or from temporary premises in Gamla Polikliniken.

Meeting centre and shared workspaces for faculty staff

The ground floor of Allhelgonaskolan will house several shared spaces that faculty staff may use and book. There will be several meeting rooms, flex rooms, social areas and workspaces. Faculty staff will be able to book the meeting rooms from autumn 2026 for meetings in spring 2027. The Method Centre will also be running activities at Allhelgonaskolan this autumn as a pilot project.

– In close collaboration with LU Byggnad and Akademiska hus, we are focusing on renovating an existing building, whilst respecting its qualities, and we are working intensively on reuse. It feels really exciting that we are creating a shared space for all staff at the faculty, as this is a request that has come up in many contexts, says Robert Holmberg, project manager for the Campus Development Project, about the initiative.
