Much of the work with the operational plan's priority areas is conducted through the faculty's boards and councils.

The faculty management and faculty office break down the areas into more detailed activities, in order to be able to work more concretely with follow-up of the operational plan's objectives. An activity list is created that has the character of a living document where completed actions are continuously checked off, new ones are added and others are revised. The faculty management and the faculty office's administrators continuously follow up the activities and report to the Faculty Board.
