Employment, work environment and health

When you, as an employed PhD student, have completed 60 credits, 120 credits and 180 credits of your studies, you are entitled to an incremental salary increase in accordance with the local agreement. Complete the form below together with your lead supervisor and then send it to the departmental HR coordinator. Retroactive payments are limited to a 6-month period.

If you are employed as a doctoral student you are entitled to receive an extension of your employment to compensate for time spent performing duties as a student representative at Lund University.

Teacher training courses

PhD students who teach at Bachelor's or Master's level are expected to undergo at least two weeks of education for teaching in higher education.
