Answer the faculty's work environment survey - your input matters!

Use your opportunity to contribute to the faculty's work environment survey (OSA survey)! It is open for answers during the period 15-25 May and can be answered either in Swedish or English.

The response rate in previous years has been around 50 %. We need a higher response rate to make the results as relevant as possible.

The questions in the survey have been revised and new questions have been added. We hope and believe that these changes will make the survey a better material to work with at the workplace. More support and coordinated activities will also be offered to departments as part of the work environment process.

How to access the survey

The survey can be accessed via an email containing a personalised link to the survey.

To identify the email containing the link to the survey, search for one of the following:

  • Sender: Lunds universitet
  • Subject line: "Dags för fakultetens årliga arbetsmiljöenkät 2023/ Time for the S-fak work environment survey 2023".
  • You can also search for the word "Artologik" to find the survey in the feed.

What do I do if I have not received an email with a survey link?

Occasionally, an error may occur that prevents the message from reaching the recipient.

If you have searched for the survey using the tips above and still cannot find it, please contact the HR coordinator at cecilia [dot] hagstrom [at] sam [dot] lu [dot] se.
