Outgoing exchange students
Congratulations! You are nominated for exchange studies!
The coordinator is located at the Faculty of Social Sciences or at External Relations. Your coordinator will contact you in February/March with information about dates for important information meetings, etc.
The coordinator will send your contact details to the host university and you will then start to prepare the application to the host university. You will receive information about how to proceed and your coordinator will guide you in the process.
New! Kick off information meeting for nominated students Autumn 2021!
Students who are nominated for exchange studies Autumn 2021 and who was not able to join the meetings in February are now invited to:
Kick-off on Zoom on Monday, March 29 at 4.15 - 5.30 pm.
We will inform you about the next steps of the exchange process such as application to host university and what general rules and guidelines apply to the transfer of credits after the mobility, about insurance, visa, finances and costs, and to give you a chance to ask questions. You will be able to talk to peer students going to the same university, country or region through our break out room session in the end of the meeting (optional).
We ask all participants to keep their microphone off, meanwhile video on is encouraged, thank you. You are much welcome to write general questions in the chat window.

! Are you nominated for exchange studies Spring 2022?
At this point there are not much to do than wait. A few students going abroad to countries outside of Europe will hear from their coordinator at External Relations already because they need to send in an application very early. For the rest of you, please await more information.
For most of you, an application to the host university is not to be sent in until Autumn. A Kick-off offered by the International Office at the Faculty of Social Sciences will be offered for you in Autumn.
