What's next?

The coordinator is located at the Faculty of Social Sciences or at External Relations. Your coordinator will contact you in February/March with information about dates for important information meetings, etc.

The coordinator will send your contact details to the host university and you will then start to prepare the application to the host university. You will receive information about how to proceed and your coordinator will guide you in the process.

Please make sure you log in to Canvas and the course. Check the module "Kick-off information before departure" to find the invitation and link to our Zoom meeting.

  • For the student who are nominated for studies at universities outside of Europe, we invite you to a Zoom session on Monday September 28th at 16.15-17.30
  • For the student who are nominated for studies at universities within Europe through Erasmus +, we invite you to a Zoom session  Wednesday September 30th at 16.15-17.30

Content

We will let you know about the next steps of the exchange process such as application to host university and what general rules and guidelines apply to the transfer of credits after the mobility, about insurance, visa, finances and costs, and to give you a chance to ask questions.

During meeting

We ask all participants to keep their microphone OFF at all times, meanwhile video ON is encouraged.
