Housing

LU Accommodation administers a limited number of rooms at dormitories in Lund and Helsingborg. The housing application is done separately from the course application.

If you have questions about housing or the housing application, please contact LU Accommodation:

Phone: +46 46 222 0100
Fax: +46 46 222 88 95
E-mail: luacc [at] se [dot] lu [dot] se (luacc[at]se[dot]lu[dot]se)

Applying by the deadline is important. Please note that even if you apply for housing on time, there is no guarantee that you will receive housing through LU Accommodation, so you should also look into other options before coming to Lund.

Letter of Acceptance

Once we have received and evaluated your application, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance from Lund University. It will usually take approximately 4-6 weeks for us to process your course application and send you a Letter of Acceptance.

The Letter of Acceptance is from your coordinator at Lund University – this person will be the key contact and support in organizing your exchange term.

It is very important to print the Letter of Acceptance as you will need to bring this with you to Lund University and present it several times during the first few weeks. You will also need the Letter of Acceptance as part of your residence permit application.
